Business Office All business and financial functions of the institution are centralized under the Vice President for Administration and Finance. The most important functions of the business office include assisting in preparation and control of the institutional budget; establishment and operation of a system of accounting and financial reporting; procurement of supplies and equipment; control of inventories; and receipt, custody and disbursement of institutional funds. Business Office Mission Statement As a team, we support Shenandoah University in achieving its educational mission by providing superior customer service to those seeking higher education. We strive to maintain the fiscal integrity of the University’s financial data by assuring financial transactions are accurate and reconciled with the appropriate documentation. We are committed to implement the University’s policies and procedures in a responsible manner.
