The Center for Public Service & Scholarship at Shenandoah University concluded its week-long program “Leadership by Design for Citizenship and Public Service," held June 20 through 25
Thirty local high school students were nominated by faculty and administrators at their schools. Students expanded their knowledge of team building, public service, ethics and other skills.
